We record requested pages, search terms, results, errors and sign-ins to improve the portal and detect bulk extraction. Records are linked to your account or business relation and IP address. Passwords, sign-in codes and document contents are not included in this log.
Details are retained for 30 days and daily totals for 180 days. Only authorised administrators can view this information. Excessive requests may be paused temporarily. Please contact your Huverba representative with any questions. We also retain the last observed basket contents (items, quantities and status) for 30 days to follow webshop use. Your saved baskets remain available separately until you delete them. To detect slow extraction as well, we retain counters and unreadable item/document identifiers until review. A restriction may remain active until that review. Review decisions are retained for one year. Supplier portal logs also include visited sections, help, filters, downloads and save results. Free-form input is excluded. We also record opened and closed supplier dialogs, edit and submit actions and their server outcomes. A temporary visit reference and a reference for this portal window help connect events. We use the existing login session; no additional tracking cookie is placed. We record only the referring hostname when your browser provides it, never its full address. We cannot see other open tabs or your browsing history. No third-party analytics receives these logs.
